HIRING FEES

  • Half day: $150

  • Full day: $250 (24 hours)

  • TADPAI members receive a $20 discount

  • Mum’s groups, yoga etc $2 donation per person

  • Commercial Rates by negotiation

The use of the hall, supper room, kitchen & catering facilities, toilets and air-conditioning are included in the hiring fee.

A cleaning deposit of 50.00 has been included in the hiring fee and will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection after use. The hirer will be responsible for the the full cost of cleaning if the hall is left in an unsatisfactory condition. If you do not wish to set up or clean the hall, please advise the booking officer at the time of booking of your requirements and a suitable fee will be arranged.

There will be no hiring fee for the following:

  • Community Group meetings

  • Emergencies such as fires, floods and other disasters

  • The Tarago Public School for activities not involved in fund raising

  • Gatherings after a funeral

HIRING RULES

The following are the minimum cleaning requirements for the hire of the hall:

  1. Hirer’s must comply the Hall’s COVID management plan

  2. Wipe stack and return all tables and chairs to their respective storage areas

  3. Sweep and mop all floor areas used

  4. Wash and wipe all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils used and return to respective storage areas

  5. Wipe down all kitchen benches and stove and switch off water heater

  6. Remove all rubbish from Otto Bins (kitchen & toilets) from the premises, reline the bins. An access ticket for the Tarago Waste Transfer Station will be supplied if required. NEVER REMOVE THE OTTO BINS FROM THE HALL

  7. Check toilets have been flushed and all rubbish removed and bins relined

  8. Ensure all cigarette butts and any other rubbish has been picked and removed up from outside the hall

These rules are not meant to make things difficult but are designed to maintain the hall in a fit state for others to use and we thank you for respecting our rules and hope you will enjoy your time in our valued community facility.
